How We Can Help
Public Education
The Public Education Program promotes understanding of mental illnesses and awareness of the varied mental health services that are available. Our aim is to decrease stigma and encourage well-being and recovery.
Individual information and referral services are provided through one on one contact. The education is delivered in partnership with other mental health and community agencies to all age groups in the City of Richmond. The program also develops strategies to ensure the involvement of the multi-cultural community. We have a mental health library open to the public, and we offer a course on Mental Health First Aid.
